โ๏ธ Everwind Crafting Guide โ All Recipes, Workbenches & Materials
Crafting in Everwind is discovery-driven: pick up any new material and related recipes automatically unlock in your crafting menu. Advanced recipes require Blueprints found in ruins, dungeons and shipwrecks. Mastering the crafting system โ knowing which workbench produces what, and where to find rare materials โ is the fastest path to progression in Everwind.
๐ How Recipes Unlock in Everwind
Everwind uses three distinct unlock methods. Understanding the difference between them prevents you from spending time searching for a recipe that you already have access to โ or missing critical Blueprints in dungeons.
| Method | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Material Discovery | Pick up a new material for the first time. All basic recipes using that material auto-unlock instantly. |
| Blueprint (single-use item) | Found in dungeon chests, ruined structures, and shipwreck debris. Right-click to consume and permanently unlock the advanced recipe. |
| Workbench Unlock | Some recipes only appear in your menu after the required workbench is built and nearby. Example: Smithing recipes only show at the Smithing Station. |
๐จ All Everwind Workbenches
Every crafting recipe in Everwind belongs to a specific workbench. Build them in the order listed below. The Crafting Station unlocks first, then progressively more advanced stations as your material tier improves. All workbenches can be placed on your Airship as well as on land.
| Workbench | Materials | Unlocks | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ๐จ Crafting Station | 8 Wood + 4 Stone | Basic tools, basic armor, basic building blocks, containers | First workbench to place. Required to unlock most other workbenches. |
| ๐ช Carpenter Station | 12 Wood Planks + 6 Stone | Wood Planks, Hull Blocks, Cloth, Rope, Furniture, Airship structural parts | Wood Planks (2 Logs โ 4 Planks) are the core building block. Cloth requires Fiber (dropped by plants and animals). |
| ๐ฅ Furnace | 10 Stone + 4 Clay | Copper Ingot (2 Ore โ 1 Ingot), Coal processing | Requires fuel: Wood Logs or Coal. Coal burns 3ร longer. Essential before building the Smithing Station. |
| โ๏ธ Smithing Station | 8 Stone + 6 Copper Ingots | Copper & Iron weapons, armor, Airship components, Rune socketing | Requires a Furnace nearby to smelt. Rune slots can be added to gear here once Rune Socketing Table blueprint is found. |
| ๐ง Repair Station | 6 Stone + 4 Wood | Repair all tools, weapons and armor using base materials | Repairs cost roughly 30% of the original materials. Essential โ place adjacent to Smithing Station. |
| ๐ณ Cooking Station | 6 Stone + 4 Clay + 2 Copper Ingots | Cooked meals that restore Health and grant timed stat buffs | Raw food restores minimal health. Cooked meals can grant +15% Max Health, +20% Stamina Recovery or +10% damage for 5 minutes. |
| โ๏ธ Alchemy Station | 8 Copper Ingots + 4 Crystal Shards | Healing Potions, Stamina Potions, elemental resistance flasks, Spirit Dust (for magic recharge) | Crystal Shards drop from Altitude 2 bosses. Spine Jaw loot is a key alchemy ingredient for early potions. |
| ๐ญ Forge (Iron Smelter) | Blueprint required + 14 Stone + 8 Copper Ingots | Iron Ingot (2 Iron Ore โ 1 Ingot). Required for Core Level 2 upgrade and Iron-tier gear. | Blueprint found in Steamer-style ruins (square stone buildings with pipes). Iron Ore found exclusively at Altitude 2. |
| ๐งฑ Block Station | 10 Stone + 6 Wood Planks | Decorative and structural blocks: stone walls, arches, roofing, windows | Not required for progression but essential for building a proper ship base and home island. |

๐ฌ Everwind Alchemy System โ Basics Guide
The Alchemy Station unlocks potions and Spirit Dust โ essential for late-game survival and magic builds. This video covers the basics of the Everwind alchemy crafting system.
โ๏ธ Resource Farming Locations & Tips
Knowing where to find each material efficiently saves hours. Ancient Metal Scraps in particular are non-renewable โ they exist only in fixed ruin locations and do not respawn.
| Resource | Location | ๐ก Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Wood Log | Any tree, all altitudes. Dense Forests on Altitude 1 respawn trees slowly. | Use the Stone Axe from day 1. Upgrades to Copper Axe speed up chopping by ~40%. |
| Stone | Surface outcrops everywhere at Altitude 1. | Mine veins instead of surface stones for 3ร yield. |
| Copper Ore | Orange-tinted outcrops on cliff faces and in caves, Altitude 1. | Cave deposits yield 5โ8 ore per vein vs 2โ3 for surface outcrops. |
| Fiber | Tall grass, bushes, and plant nodes. Common in meadows. | Harvest en route to other resources โ fiber regenerates within 1 in-game day. |
| Clay | Riverbanks and near standing water, Altitude 1. | Gather 20+ on your first pass โ Clay Pot and Alchemy Station both require it. |
| Animal Pelt | Wolves, Boars at Altitude 1. Elite Wolves appear after day 3. | Boars do not aggro unless attacked. Safe early pelt source. |
| Ancient Metal Scraps | Ruined towers and underground chambers, Altitude 1. | Always loot every ruin. These don't respawn โ each ruin is a one-time source. |
| Coal | Deep cave systems, Altitude 1โ2. | Worth stockpiling early. Coal provides 3ร Furnace burn time vs Wood. |
| Iron Ore | Rocky veins at Altitude 2 (all biomes). | Iron Ore does not exist at Altitude 1. Upgrade your Airship Core first. |
| Crystal Shards | Boss drops from Altitude 2 dungeon bosses. | Each Altitude 2 boss drops 2โ4 Crystal Shards. Clear every dungeon in the biome. |
| Spine Jaw Fluid | Dropped by Spine Jaw creatures in Jungle biome. | Spine Jaws spawn in groups. Bring a Wooden Shield โ they lunge rapidly. |
